This notice covers this marketing website only. The Lighthouse Results application, where client campaign data is processed, is governed by the agreement between Lighthouse Results and the customer, not by this page.

What this site collects

Nothing at all, unless you submit one of the two forms. There is no analytics package, no advertising or behavioural tracking, no cookies set by this site, and no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.

The demo request form

When you submit the form on the demo page, we receive:

  • your first and last name;
  • your work email address;
  • your organisation;
  • whether you are an agency, a nonprofit or a caging vendor;
  • the mail volume range you selected, if you selected one;
  • whatever you typed about how you report today.

That submission is turned into a single email to our sales inbox and is not stored in a database by this website. We use it to reply to you and to arrange the demo you asked for.

We do not add you to a mailing sequence, a newsletter, or a reminder series. The demo page says so, and the system is built so that it cannot: the form sends one message to a person and does nothing else.

Spam prevention

Both forms include a hidden field that a person never fills in, and record when the form was loaded so that instant submissions can be rejected. This is used to discard automated submissions and for nothing else.

Hosting and where data goes

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Form submissions are handled by an Azure Function and delivered by Azure Communication Services. Standard web server logs, including IP addresses, are generated by the hosting platform as part of serving and protecting the site.

Beyond Microsoft as our hosting and email provider, we do not share form submissions with third parties, and there is no advertising or data broker relationship of any kind.

Retention
